Je shey murgi noiko ami, thaki hnarir majhe—
Gham jhorchhe jhor jhor kore roddurer ei jhnajhe!
Gham jodi aar jhorte thake, gorom baare aaro—
Morbo ami hajar bar noile hajar baro!
Pochbe amar lash ta khnaje—gondho chharbe baje.
